Meet the Director - Michael Matthewson:

Born and bred on the Darling Downs in Queensland, with a family background in beef cattle production, Michael completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Agricultural) in 1992 and has since built a 25-year long career in the food manufacturing industry.

After multiple technical and operational management roles in the red meat processing industry, including a range of positions with the multi-national NH Foods, and followed by 10 years in process engineering with the construction company Wiley & Co, Michael developed Foodability Co in 2017.

Michael’s mission is to use his extensive knowledge and network to help Australia’s food manufacturers and agribusinesses to unlock the potential of their operation by optimising and adding value to their products, systems and facilities.
